About Me

My name is Lucy Cultrera (she/her). I am a Qualified Mental Health Associate, working as a behavioral specialist in the state of Oregon. I have an MA in Social Science from Cal Poly, Humboldt and have worked in the realms of social work, behavioral health, community organizing, relationship coaching, and creative writing for the past ten years. I am currently pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I have gravitated toward psychodynamic theory and relational, client-led practice. I continue to weave together my various professional interests to bring a dynamic, creative, and collaborative approach to my therapeutic work.

I am currently offering telehealth sessions only. Clients must be based in Oregon.
